Heres the manufacturers : the c-bow system consists of a very discrete c-shaped mounting plate that accepts street soft bags and applicable leather. It looks brand new and comes with all original hardware needed. It is compatible with all versions of s1000 and s1000f.

This allows you to leave the mounting plate on your bike without taking away from look of. All c-bow bags come with a lock and key to secure them the mount. I purchased this rack for my GSX-S1000 last summer and never really used it.

When the bags are off of bike, c-bow holder is unobtrusive to appearance bike.
