The latter is what I am selling. It has never been mounted and is in new condition.

After I got it found that Hepco Becker make two styles of the TC-40. Last picture shows one of my extra large helmets in the case. It comes with a mounting plate and hardware. I purchased this top case for my bike that has a Hepco Becker mounting rack on it.

One fits directly on their rack and the other is a universal fit made to mount all non Hepco Becker racks.
