Details:

I built one for my tw and was extremely happy with it. Weight limit of the rack imam, I don't know. The rack i'm fabricating should fit any of the TW200From 1987 to present.

As a retired welder machinist fabricator I decided I could build a better one. All mounting points for installing the rack are already on the motorcycle. And that's bad, bad, bad. Small water buffalo maybe I do know the rack will not interfere with the headlight beam in any way.

Having more places to haul stuff on a motorcycle is always a good thing. The racks i'm making are all aluminum. Count on it. They are extremely lightweight, yet they are very strong due to the design.

No mass produced stuff here. I was not happy with any of the racks. Most are only big enough for a baloney sandwich and can of coke. You tw owners are my guinea pigs.

Not even with a small water buffalo on it. As far as I know all the tw's from the start of production back in 1987 to present are pretty much the same. I'm building these one at a time and only when I feel like doing it.

I've had complete strangers around town ask me where they could get a rack like mine for their tw. I do believe I succeeded. I'm not painting them.

I actually think they look very good just the way they are. Then the coke and sandwich block the headlight. One that would be useful and practical. If you are capable of turning a few bolts out and turning a few back in, you can have one of these racks installed in 10 minutes or less.

Up for your consideration is a very nice front rack for a Yamaha TW200. I am taking my time and doing each one right.

The usable area on the rack for hauling stuff is by the front rack has been a big hit around here and everybody I have built a rack for has been very happy with it. The racks are simple to install. SO, I decided to list a few on and see how it goes.

After I got my Yamaha TW200 I bought and tried a couple of the front racks being sold on and a few other places online. You don't need to drill, fabricate or add anything. Painting would be simple though, if you wanted. I am building each one of them on a 2013 Yamaha TW200.

There are 2 bolts that need replaced with longer ones and i'm even including those the pictures I took should tell you anything else you would need to know.
