This is a national cycle Paladin quick set backrest P/N P9800A and national cycle Paladin luggage rack manufacturer part number P9900. The chrome luggage rack has a lot of scuffs on the chrome part. There are no rips or tears in the backrest. Both are in good condition.
It is a quick release unit. Comes with all the hardware to ride with the luggage rack or not. Compatible with 208 model's of motorcycles.
A copy of which can be made. You are buying on both as a single unit. The backrest has a couple of minor scuffs from a boot, it is visible in the picture.
