Shipping is 15 to the lower 48 states only. It has a very small nick and scuff mark, as shown in the pictures. Moto Guzzi v11 luggage rack kit came off a 2005 v11 ballabio, but may fit other model's mounting hardware instructions are included. This part is no longer available from Moto Guzzi.
