You are buying an unpainted pannier rack,first picture,the rest of the pictures for illustration only to see what can do with this rack. Made by Dirtracks features strong 3/4 inch steel tubing construction.

5,place your cases face down and put the pannier frame on them where you outlined with pen. Easy bolt on installation ,no turn signal relocation necessary Kawasaki klr 650 pannier mounting frame. Plus the bolts to mount rack on bike.

Use a small drill to the holes thru welded nuts,make sure you do not damage thread inside nuts,then remove frame and with bigger so bolts will fit easily. 6,put the brackets in place,mark holes with a pen,and drill them.

4,remove the pannier frame from bike.

5 point mounting system,each side case is secured to the frame with 3 brackets and 2 bolts,one of strongest on market. 3,hold up your case to the pannier frame,exactly where you want mount it,and with a black felt pen outline frame on back of case,it helps if have somebody helping this,do both sides. Comes with the mounting brackets for your cases and all necessary bolts.

Remove the 2 upper bolts from passenger foot peg bracket. 7,bolt on the brackets. You get everything see in the first picture.

Put the cases side by so you can see if both sides look about same. Net show thread. These bolts will secure your case to the frame from inside of.
