The latches are rusted but still function. As seen in photos. Please see photos. The key does not fit, I found it inside and took photos before tested lock.

No cracks or holes in bottoms. Latches work and tops fit securely. The only hairline cracks in fiberglass are on lid about an inch length each, there 3 small one and crack other see photos. They are in very good condition.
