Part number is AP8790137. Measures 15' wide, 7. It appears to lock into a rack receiver post that is included for some sort quick release. 5 tall and 11 deep.

It has two keys and does lock closed. Re glue it or remove.

There is a release cable in the corner inside to lock latch at bottom. Kind of chocolate in color as per pictures. Inside has a water resistant type bag and lining but the Velcro tape that attaches it to trunk is coming unstuck, see picture. The box in open and there is some tiny scratches.

It has a texture type finish like briefcase might.
