The bags have the steel mounting frames but no bolts, they mount on the shock bolts and off the fender struts.

They also have tabs to relocate the factory turn signals. I never used them, the bags have hidden latches to hold down and release the lids. I'm selling a genuine set of Harley Davidson Sportster hard bags, part number i'm charging 40 even for shipping and i'll cover anything over that. I do not have keys for the locks, they will have to be keyed.

That stuff is all visible in the pictures. They do have numerous scratches and paint rubs, nothing that can't be cured with a good coat of primer. The color is 2003 blue. One is missing it's reflector and the other one is missing a few letters off the HD scrip.

I had these on a 2003 so they will fit other Sportster years. They are a nice set of bags for anyone who wants to carry stuff on their sporty. They are not broken or cracked in any way.
