Item includes all the necessary hardware to mount bike frame and front saddlebag bar.

Item is in good condition, there are a few minor marks. I've included a 14 day return on the item. This item mates to hd P/N 09b. It was difficult to get good pictures of them because the reflection off chrome.

This is for the wrap around bars only as shown in 2nd picture. The bars that cover front of bags are not included.
