The upper mounts use antenna CB studs. I'm sure you can get the drilling template from a Harley dealer or online somewhere try to line it up yourself if are mechanically inclined. It is in excellent used condition. I did not see more than couple very lite surface scratches.

Does not fit CV flatcars or flt ruse model's. Also includes all the plastic bushings and most of mounting bolts. This is a Harley Davidson chrome tour-pak Accent rail for touring model's. I am including the PDF instructions from Harley, but not template to show you where drill holes for lower mounts.

Fits Harley flatcar, foolhardily, flatcar, foolhardily, flt, and model's equipped with accessory king tour pak led wrap around light. Nothing noticeable at all.
