I imagine someone who is crafty can fix this broken plastic hinge, perhaps maybe make one out of metal or something. I would say compared to some other ones have seen this one looks great.

It has cosmetic wear like some mild scratches, and scuffs here there as well too. This hard bag right side oem Bmw is in good condition minus the broken plastic latch that locks secure it into place on your bike, as you can see from last picture.
